Guidelines for picture size and file naming
Recommended size for the pictures is 600 pixels in the largest dimension.
From our point of view, pictures in this size is sufficient for web publishing but not for printing.
Please avoid spaces and national characters in the filename.
Guidelines for sending multiple pictures
The preferred method for sending many pictures is to add them to an archive file (compressed folder or zip file) first and then attach it to an email.
In all Windows versions from XP and forward there is a built in feature for adding files to an archive.
Select the files you want, right click them and click "Send to" and then "Compressed folder".
What you get is a file with the extension ".zip", containing all of the files you selected.
It's normally possible to attach multiple files to an email, but a single file is easier to handle for both the sender and receiver.
In case limitations in size for attached files prevent you from sending the pictures to us, there are (at least) two methods available.
You can either upload the archive file to your web server and send us the link to it in an email.
Alternatively you can use one of the many free online services for sending large files, e.g. www.yousendit.com.
